Customer Impact – Computer System Upgrade
Friday, February 20, 2026

Mayville Savings Bank will undergo a computer system upgrade beginning at the end of the business day on Friday, February 20 and ending on Monday morning, February 23. The bank will be closed to all customers on Saturday, February 21, 2026.

Beginning at 5:00 pm on Friday, February 20, customers will notice that online and mobile banking functions will not be available. This service interruption may continue throughout the entire weekend.

Debit and ATM cards should continue to function as normal throughout the weekend. Any card activity for the weekend will be based on the available account balance as of the close of business at 5:00 pm on Friday, February 20.

For debit card and ATM card users, Mayville Savings Bank is strongly encouraging you to ensure that any fund transfers or in person deposits to your Mayville Savings Bank accounts are completed by 5:00 pm on Friday, February 20. You will want to make sure that the amount in your account by 5:00 pm on Friday, February 20 is the amount you will need access to for the entire weekend to minimize any impact.

We apologize in advance for the inconvenience to our customers as we upgrade our computer system to ensure that we are able to provide the best customer experience possible both now and into the future. Bank associates are available by phone at 920-387-2310 or in person at the bank located at 200 South Main Street in Mayville for any assistance that you may require prior to the upgrade.
